Contract Support
On-site and/or off-site IT support & consultancy at an agreed number of days per month to
provide ongoing IT support and development.
Description:
Sparticle Ltd will provide a consultant(s) as a technical IT resource for an agreed
number of days per month over an agreed duration. Within each month the client has the
option (subject to availability) to organise the time to respond to their needs.

Sparticle Ltd provide You.com with one consultant for 4 days per month over a 6 month
period. During the first 2 months the consultant works on-site each Monday. In the third
month the client uses all 4 days in one week to respond to a new market opportunity.
And during the subsequent three months the consultant works two days at the start and two
days in the middle of each month.
Pay as You Go Support
We provide you with support and consulting in a responsive and flexible way
on an "
as needs" basis.

We deliver a specific support change for a fixed price.
